SER Consulting dba Caya Cabinetry Limited Warranty for Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinetry

Warranty Coverage Period: 5 years

1. Warranty Coverage

SER Consulting dba Caya Cabinetry warrants to the original purchaser that our kitchen and bathroom cabinetry products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase.

This warranty applies only to cabinets manufactured or supplied by SER Consulting dba Caya Cabinetry and installed in residential applications.

2. What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers the following components:

Cabinet boxes and face frames
Doors and drawer fronts
Hinges and drawer glides
Shelving and interior hardware
Factory-applied finishes (e.g., paint, stain, laminate)

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
Wear and tear from normal use, including minor finish variations
Exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight
Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons
Natural aging and variations in wood grain, color, and finish
Countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, or any non-cabinet components

4. Finish Disclaimer

Due to the natural characteristics of wood, finish may exhibit changes over time due to exposure to light and environmental conditions. These changes are not considered defects and are not covered by this warranty.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, please contact Customer Service Department at 657-450-7494 or info.cayacabinetry@gmail.com with the following:

Proof of original purchase (invoice or receipt)
Description and photos of the defect
Installation date and installer’s contact information (if applicable)

Upon inspection and verification, we will, at our sole discretion, either:

Repair the defective component
Replace the defective component with a similar or equivalent product
Provide a credit for the purchase price of the defective part

Note: Repaired or replaced components are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original homeowner purchaser. SER Consulting dba Caya Cabinetry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
