Welcome to SER Consulting dba Caya Cabinetry these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.cayacabinetry.com and the purchase of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets and related products ("Products").

By accessing this Website or purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.

1. Products and Orders

All products displayed on our Website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
Orders are not binding until accepted and confirmed by us.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order but is only an acknowledgment.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or installation unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, ACH

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Delivery is considered complete once the product is delivered to the address you provide.
You are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 3 days.

4. Returns and Cancellations

Custom-made or special-order cabinets are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Stock items may be returned within 3 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, subject to a 25% if applicable.
You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning any item.
Order cancellations must be requested in writing and may be subject to fees, especially for custom or special orders.

5. Product Information and Warranty

We make every effort to display product colors and finishes accurately but cannot guarantee color accuracy on your screen.
Cabinets may have natural variations due to materials (wood, etc.).
Products are covered by our limited warranty.
Improper installation, use, or modification voids any warranty.

6. Installation

Installation is not included unless expressly stated in your order.
If we provide installation services, additional terms may apply.
We are not liable for damages caused by improper installation if performed by third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of our Products will not exceed the purchase price paid.
